PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Position
involves supporting project managers to help assess and document project
plan deliverables. Must be able to review contractual documentation to
identify and ensure fulfillment of requirements; bring areas needing
corrective action to the attention of the project manager; provide
interface and support to customer/internal concerns; take detailed minutes
for project meetings; and support manager follow up of action items and
discrepancies. This is a new non-exempt/hourly position and may involve
providing support to additional departments. Skills required include
exceptional writing/grammar skills, attention to detail, thorough
knowledge of MS Office suite of products and ability to effectively
communicate between all levels of personnel. An engineering/technical or
aviation background is a plus.
QUALITY ENGINEER
Candidate will assist with creating, implementing, and maintaining
a quality assurance program that may extend into ISO 9000 qualifications.
Will establish process instructions for complex and special operations
having a direct impact on quality. These include machining, painting,
plating, soldering, welding, crimping, bonding, etc. Must have experience
with process creation, continual improvement, and quality mgt., including
ISO 9000.
Software Engineer
Frasca is accepting resumes for an entry level software engineer with a BS
in Computer Science or related field. Candidate must have current
C++ and OO design skills. Duties include analysis, design, coding,
testing, deployment, and support of flight simulation software on a
Windows XP platform. Specific tasks include object-oriented modeling of
aircraft systems and avionics, developing hardware/software interfaces,
implementing interfaces to software subsystems, as well as diagnosing,
troubleshooting, and correcting customer discrepancies with current and
older flight simulation software. Private pilot license and C# programming
experience a plus. Occasional travel needed.
